Meet the team
We’ve been good mates since high school. We both took a pre-trade course straight out of school before entering into an apprenticeship together. During our apprenticeships, we worked in small friendly teams doing residential construction. After qualification, we both worked for many different companies on many different projects, but nothing ever compared to working in a small team of like-minded individuals. So we decided to start something that reflected what we value most. We call it Lynk Construction.
Ben Harvey
I’ve worked on residential and commercial sites in NZ and the UK. Doing a healthy mix of commercial work, shop fit outs and residential construction has given me the wide range of skills and techniques that I use daily. I’m very practically-minded and like to solve any technical problem on site without hesitation.
Luke Woodham
After completing my apprenticeship, I moved to the UK and worked on a mix of residential and commercial jobs. To progress further, I returned to NZ to study Project Management and worked as a site and project manager. This is where I learned the importance of clear communication and documentation.
